A declarative language for web browsers that handles 3D/VR content.

A major change was made in design beginning with V0.5.0. This change was to bring XSeen more inline with HTML5/CSS/DOM as a declarative extensible language for VR/3D/xR. The old sections referring to 0.4.x and before are kept for historical archive in the Archive section.
